RATES

  • ORGANIZATIONAL BUDGET:

    • Under 1 million: $100 - $175/hr

    • Over 1 million: $200 - $350/hr

    • STAR-ter: 0 - 2 years [$100 - $175/hr]

    • CONSTELLATION: 3 - 7 years [$200 - $300/hr]

    • GALAXY: 8+ years [$350 - $500/hr]

      These tiers are approximate and based on the years that the business has been established. They are subject to change based on the company’s profit, size, and leadership formations.

The amounts shown are approximates and will change depending on the organization’s or company’s mission, values, and access to wealth. Our rates will be informed by the formations of your team’s leadership, organizational priorities, and work scope.
